Time Travelling.

Ever since i was a little kid, i'm always amazed of science and it's theory. and not until recently that i somewhat understood some of the basic of one of the many, interesting science discussion of all times, Time traveling. Be warned, this might make you a little confused of your understanding of time. and this will be quite a lengthy post. hihi

I just watched The Loopers this evening and that alone spark me on writing about time traveling. Because the movie itself involves time traveling. I won't give spoiler to the movie so don't worry :p anyhow, the essence of time traveling in the movie send an urge for me to look for discussion at forums and discussion boars to know the real ending to the story. and i was shocked by how mind boggling the composition of the movie. It was rather a Brilliant movie. It was not as direct as Inception, but if you have watched the movie, i really recommend you to look up on the Rainmaker. Oppss. A little spoiler there. hikhiks.

Back to the real topic.

There is a saying if you really understand something you should be able to let a 6 year old understand the same thing. Well, im not sure i can do that, but i'll do my best to interpret my understanding of time traveling.

So what's the science about time traveling. Simply put, time traveling is an act of traveling back through time be it to the past, or to the future. So far so good? Good. Next question is how? How is it possible? Well, me myself not sure about it, only Allah knows best, but as far as the science theory goes, if you can travel faster than speed of light, you are traveling through time. Now comes the tricky part. How come? well you need to dig up Einstien Theory of Special Relativity. haha. but a basic understanding of mine, if you can travel very fast, faster than light, everything other than you will be in a slower state. just like a slow-mo video. and because time is relative, while other's watch is ticking 1 click a sec, your clock might tick a little less than 1 click a sec. Make sense? since you have less time with you, it means, you are traveling back in time.

I remember few months back when i first discover a brilliant theory physicist names Michio Kaku through Youtube. After that i look up on his video throughout the internet and found some of his sci fi show. Maybe you'll understand more by watching the video below.



and if you really digs in time travelling stuff, try watching an anime called Stein's Gate. Even if you are not a anime guy, watch it for the sake of science. It has quite good time travelling science behind it and it is a pleasure to keep on understanding the story until the end of the 25 series show. and mind you, it does come with some humor to counter the heaviness of theory of science fact you need to crunch on.

How i loved science and all of it's theory. Although i might be a little bit biased to some of the theory, we all have to agree that all this theory is important to us, but sometimes it needs some reason for us before we can understood the essence of the theory itself. Trust me, science is such a great knowledge to have, and also to be shared :)

p/s: you might need some additional readings and watching about blackholes, anti matter and what not to make everything about time traveling make more sense.

Draft of the future

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم

This evening i stumble across a blog of a new friend of mine and he wrote a post regarding what he wanted for the next 30 years or so. 30 years! Everything from wedding, children, houses, cars, works, life, up until pension.

Wow!

To be honest i'm amazed. Amazed on how well he can plan for his future. It might not be a detailed plan but atleast there is an outline. If you ask me, i did not have any sort of plan like that. I even not plan what my ETP or FYP project will be. Internship? What company and where? The answer is still not there for me. Future is some scare sh*t! like seriously!



So because of him, im touched to write something, something like an outline for my future. So that future me will read this and it will be easier for future me to plan things.

What future holds in me(lame...)

I would like to have my internship in some fancy automobile company. I prefer if it's a labor work, work that get your hands all dirty rather than sit in the office kind of work. As a automotive engineer to be, of course getting into a motorsport company is a dream to high to reach but who knew? I hope i can get an internship in formula 1 despite being nearly impossible and ridiculously difficult, always put some hope and effort on it. But even so, being in a Proton research team or what not is good enough as a start.

My future work must be a mixed of both in the office and out on the field. It will be very difficult finding a job in F1 technician with just a degree, so i'm not hoping much to get into f1 at the moment but, maybe being in a certain racing team, smaller race event maybe? I heard Petronas have some people oversea that help in F1 research, that might be a target? Maybe, but imagine the effort need to get in the research team? If not, having a work in Proton is good enough but make sure enough $ laa. hehe

Married before 30. *cross finger*

Maybe pursuing my Master degree oversea if i have the luxury of time and money, and bring my wifey and kids oversea (like my parent did. haha) The talks of whether to continue our studies after degree is always a hot topic for us. Some had enough of studying, some just can't get enough of it. Maybe i do. Maybe i don't. Time will tell. But i do hope i can get a Master degree and pursuing my dream of being an f1 engineer.

and if i happen to get my master already, it is time to sign in to some big ass Motorsport company. be an f1 engineer for couple of years, then retire and get into some local Motorsport technical team. Maybe open up a workshop for exotics car in Malaysia, an exclusive workshop for the likes of Porches, Lamborghini and Ferrari.

By that time i should have atleast one sports car, anything will do. Maybe a classic. Yeah. A classic will do just fine. But atleast an Audi TT in a my garage. A sport car, a sedan, maybe an equivalent of Audi A4? and a MPV for the family.

A normal house that would fits my family. Talk about family, i don't really care how many children i've got, the more the merrier right? So the house should be comfortable for the family, i'm not sure where will it be but it should be not in KL, but somewhere close enough. I love KL despite it's traffic and people, but maybe that will change?

When we talk about future, it will always be about money and belongings. Never about our deeds and responsibilities to God. I really hope to be a good Muslim, a better one than i am today, never leaves my prayer, always go to the mosque, be a contributor the the religion, to Islam. And hopefully, my family will be too.

So....what else do i miss?

Hmmm. maybe a batch reunion outing with the guys, spending time at mamak, look up what we have now(then) compared to now(past). Ah. Shared, laughed, spending time like it's the good old days. A must for a Mechy May09 Reunion Bowling tournament. Like seriously.


My imagination of my future ends there. I'm not quite sure what i'll do when i'm retired. That's way too far to imagine. Maybe a world tour? I don't know. I mean this is just a plan, we may plan but Allah is the one that will execute it accordingly. So pray hard and work hard Hanif!

Im will always remember that date.

honestly,i felt really sad and down right now.im not sure why i felt like this.im surely have a good result eventhough i didnt expect it to be this good.But still,theres something bothering me right now.

How is it possible for my other friends who got excellent result in their exams before this ,only manage to get something that is rather average compared to their past exam result.

I know this might sound a little bit OVER especially from me whom got good result in SPM.

Anyway,yesterday(12 march 09) is one of the happiest and saddess(??) day of this year.im happy of my result but at the same time felt sad that i cant share this wonderful day with my friends eventhough we all play (with my friends) ROCKBAND just after having our lunch.

Those time is seriously a stress killer for everyone!I myself felt very relaxed and enjoyed eventhough it is my first time playing ROCKBAND at d19ital Mall...

And yeah,the day before we took our result me and my friends had some BBQ and 'solat hajat' at Hazim's.The meal was nice ,especially the drinks(looks whos doing it ;p)

We had fun that night,and i slept very late that night.

When i woke up the next morning(yesterday) i seriously felt like having a fever.OMG.and i still having it right now lol...

And yeah,for those who doesnt know my result,i got 6A1 and 4A2.alhamdullilah.

Got A2 for add math,bio,physics and EST..

I never expected this time will come when people around me started to move on with theirs life.all they are talking is what UNI/College will they attend,what course you gonna take.i mean WTF?!!!

This suppose to be the time we spent with our friends because probably we wont see them again after this..

i guess this fever is making me such an emo..lol

better stop now.

Assalamualaikum and hello everyone!

yeah,i just finished filling the second form of UPU(ipta stuff).i got to say, i still had no idea what so ever what im going to do in the future.well, people always say that pick something that interest you deeply.well in my case,i have a lot of things that i love.Well, i like photography, graphic designing , engineering ,and computing.


Gosh! I have no clues what programme i should take!But then i found this blog about Education in Malaysia.the best part of it is that,its a big blog that consist of many bloggers especially tertiary students(matriculation or higher education) and not to forget young workers.

Well,after some time browsing the site,reading the comments and the article,i decided to take Engineering.Well, i know engineering is a very broad field,so i search wiki-chan(wikipedia larr) for some more info.


After a while,i found up that i have most interest mechanical engineering.I would like to take electrical or electronic engineering,but i heard its kinda hard plus im not that great in these ' electron' stuff.I do like computer stuff and the crap inside it,but i had a hard time in electrical chapter back in Form 5.Electromagnetic flux just not my thing!(i dont even understand electrical chapter in physics).


Anyway,i think i would like to be some one who creates cars or moving stuff,so i tihnk mechanical would be the best option for me.

WOW!mechanical all the way.but still, i will dicuss this matter with my father since my father is an engineer and he studies electrical engineering back in the days.

Anyway,i really hope this is the best choice for me,but still it all depends on my damn SPM result which is near the corner(some said its 12 match,shit!)
