Upgrade

This evening I felt a little horny and decided to go and look for some porn. Don't get me wrong here. It's camera porn. Now I have a new favorite camera lens which is the Sigma 70-200 f/2.8 EX HSM II DG APO macro. It's an EX lens, equivalent to Canon L series lens but in a lower price. Suitable for a student like myself and people on the budget. While I will not exaggerating on how great the lens look, specs and such, a though come and hit me.

Why don't I upgrade my skills rather than upgrading my equipment?

I began shooting with my very DSLR early this year around February I think I'm not sure. And since then I have spent more than one thousand, probably close to two thousand on the equipment itself. I bought a telephoto lens, a prime lens, a flashguns and soon will be a battery grip. I know that photography is quite a very expensive hobby but I always wonder, can I get professional looks photograph using my existing unit without actually getting those high quality, fast lens that would cost me a house maybe.


The answer is both YES and NO! With my current consumer level equipment, there is no way I can take professional like photography. Let's talk reality here. I can't get a nice indoor sports with my current telephoto, the Sigma 70-300mm f/4 -5.6 APO DG Macro. F/4? That is rubbish! Totally rubbish. But I can improve my skills by finding a table or a pole where I can place my lens so that I can make the lens more stabilize for a longer shutter speed. Or maybe a monopod would help.

This does not only apply for photography but in other things in life too. Our appearance, our performance in sports, our exam result. Soccer for example. I can buy all those fancy boots and shoes with precise accuracy and all those lying crap they always proud of, but if the player are a rookie, he is still a rookie. The gear just added some cool factor to the player, not actual performance. You can buy all learning tools to help you succeed in your test but if you, yourself don't want to succeed and keep on wasting time, it's back to zero.


Anyway I would love to improve my photography. And that is exactly why I will stop buying any lenses for the next one, maybe two year so that I can focus with my current lenses while saving up for the greater lens, such as the Sigma 70-200 f/2.8 EX DG HSM II Macro :D

Meme. If you stayed long enough in the Internet world, I am sure you once jump into these word. By definition(wikipedia) meme are is a unit of cultural ideas, symbols or practices, which can be transmitted from one mind to another through writing, speech, gestures, rituals or other imitable phenomena. Still don't get it?

I'll break it down the easy way. A meme is actually a phenomenon, in the internet world that was spreading fast and have some kind of joke element. Look at it like world cup. It's a phenomena now. Everywhere you go there is going to be about world cup.

Huh. I'm bored.

3 weeks and counting.

Its has been exactly 3 week and 8 days since we had our semester break. Rm1400 maybe less have been used up. An approximately 0.1kg of weight gain. Many hours of time-wasting activities.
Nevertheless, i think this is the most best used holiday i have ever through.

I change from becoming this

to this. WOW.

And my life have been boring i know, most of you guys do to, but it was very much interesting. I begin sleeping early, wake early, then sleep again, later at the evening had my daily jogging around the small stadium near my resident and at night i would get in touch with fellow batchmate and also coursmate. Sure some of you guys might find it's kinda boring but to me, it was indeed relaxing. The jogging made me more alive, more physically and mentally fit and also i got the chance to meet people.

And later i'm going to try and get my motorcycle license and that would make up some time in my abundantly free time. Once I had my license and hopefully, I had my own bike(oh i'm really want one) i'll do more traveling around my neighborhoods, looking for a nice place to get some photos.

I'm thinking about working too but i'm not sure that I can make it, a one month job that is since i'll probably be off to Port Dickson at early July for my Soaring the Eagle programme. I wonder how fast will the time flies? hmmm.

I have been planning tonnes of choir and activities throughout this long holiday, sure throwing out word is something easy but then executing it is the most difficult part.

I guess like it or not we have to use this time to our fullest! Again, Holi Holiday all! :)

I just got my Calculus coursework marks and also my test II result. Over 50% i just got 31.10% (T___T) no even near to 40%, which is the benchmark for passing the Course. Okay there are still 10% for the assignment which we just handed couple days ago and yes another 40% for final exams . Although i'm not sure i can get full 10% but getting something closer to 40 percent is more than enough to reduce this burden :<

Anyway, my test suck. Full stop. No time to grief, let's continue studying for Physics :D

Assalamualaikum.

Hello again. Again i find myself being bored and tired of looking at formulae and all these scientific theory of Physics. I'll take some time writing about this one problem, not all, but some of the teenager suffered.

"Over control parents"

Boring topic you say? Hmm. To me it is interesting enough to discuss. Anyway, keep on scrolling if you guys find this interested if not....that's why you are here in the first place right? :D

Back to the topic shall we? Over the past 17 years of our life, okay mine was 18 :/ our parents have been the puppeteer whom have been controlling everything that happen around us. They send us to great school, bought us some nice cloth, we can get all the stuff we need with just smile and some cute faces rather than actual money.

But when we turn 17, or when we have this big burden of deciding what we want to do for our future, I personally think that it is up to us to find in our inner self, what WHAT we really wanted in life. A carefree life? A hectic life that comes with great income? A popstar? A popcorn?

I have seen and heard a lot of problems similar from my friends lately you know, i-want-to-be-this-but-my-mom/dad-don't-like-it so they sent me to medical school.To me this is a big issue, maybe not to the parents but to the child itself. It's kinda disturbing you know. Sometimes they have hard time to choose, their parents feeling over their own future.

You know in life some people just don't like anything that have to do with science and prefer let's say, arts for example. Sure the income is not stable and solely depends on luck and your arts but arts nowadays can be sold at a very high price too. Honestly i hate the kind of parents that does not give the freedom to their child to find our their identity, well as long as it is right in religion point of view that is.

Doctor! Almost all parents wanted their child to be a doctor. Basically doctor is like money. Be a doctor and you'll have a wealthy life. But no! not everyone wanted to be a doctor. Me myself don't want to be a doctor in fact I think doctor as a highly overrated job. Yeah, Pilot too. Everywhere I go they only talks about doctor and pilot. Yes i have to agree that the income is very much 'irresistible' compared to engineer.

Parent should have give the support for what their child wanted in life. Maybe to you it is not good, the work doesn't pay well, but maybe that what makes your child happy? I can still remember what my lecturer have told me before,




"Do what you like, like what you do, it's the key of happiness"


Happiness is sometime more important than money. urghh. It's already five in the morning. Have to finish up some exercise, Subuh prayer and some cleaning up. Pray me for my finals :D

It's been a very boring sunday evening. I really wanted to study, but if i close the laptop and do nothing but focus on the Physics exercise, believe me, 10 minutes is more than enough to make me wanted to lay on my bed for a while. Yes. For a while until 3 hour later i woke up with very great disappointing feeling :/

So as a counter measure to reduce the sundayevening-sleeping effect maybe i'll tell some of my past story, okay more like sharing my lieu de travail a.k.a my study place.

My current workplace is much tidier maybe because it can turn ugly because of the scribble paper and also the dead flying creature that keep on choosing my table as their death bed. Of course it's going to be more and more messed up especially when there is exams and a lot of assignment have to be done.


Anyway, that all i can share with you guys. Somehow the sunday-evening sleeping effect seems to be weaken probably because the atmosphere is no longer hot and dry. Continue with the reading people!!!

I woke up this morning with a rather weird feeling. I'm in a humongous house with all the friggin awesome stuff like the Ultimate gaming Pc's, Wide screen plasma TV, Gaming Consoles and a lot of thing i've only dream about my entire life. Then i look into the mirror. Man, I was way handsome than those boyband member they girls really interested to.

But you guys know that just probably a day dream. Nah, maybe not about the handsome stuff alright but all those wealth? Probably not. Well the story was kind off related to the topic, We all wanted to be in someone else life. I realize this after talking to my buddy here in UTP. They don't admit it but hell, I knew it deep inside them they wanted to be someone else.

First of all, The dreamy dreamy stuff i wrote above, definitely a lie. I won't told anyone my dream, unless it is funny of course. Back to the topic again. Maybe we don't realize this but it is true. My friend here, he's a really smart guy but i think( no offense here) he's having hard time to get a girl. Maybe it's just me, but i had the feeling he is. Then he was talking about some guy i don't know being all macho and funny that all girls wants.

Even myself. I also wanted to be someone else. I rich filthy Darth Vader. Okay that was when i was 7. Now i wanted to be a smart yet relaxed and a well known person. Let's face it people. Sometimes, we wanted a different life. That why they say, a human will not satisfy of his/her current self.

hoff..life like...hoff...this...hofff....with..hoff..japanese...hoff...chick? Hofff hofff.

Another example. Teenager. They all wanted really really much to grown up. Moving away from the parents. No boundaries. They can have all the fun they want. But then when the actually grown up hell, they wanted to be back at school. Spoon fed by their parents. They hate their current life. Some of them i think. But again it's all because of our mind. Never really appreciate everything we got.

But still, that is no wrong in day dreaming alright. We can be anything, of course in the World of Warcraft. I mean, World of Dreams.

One day, robots will cry

After watching this romace, sci-fi, comedy series, i realize robots or at least the electrical appliances have emotion too. They are programmed to Love you, but you only payback theirs only at the beginning only. So here something to share.

Lesson Learn:

1. Touchscreen doesn't like you leaving a fingerprint or oil-marks all over them. Gently wipe with cloth after use. They like to be shiny too. And also an invisible coating. That very seducing.

2. Speakers love to produce sound but sometimes when they started to produce pitching noise, that's a signal, they have sore throat. Treat with Strepsil or better, reduce the volume.

3. Handphones. The most unlucky gadget of them all. Always being stored in a very unusual and scary(sometimes) place like in the pants?? They don' like that. Also often used as a matter to express feelings. Sure the love flat surface (because that what makes them stable) but Wall?? Not a good idea. Treat them with juice constantly because you might not know when it will get thirsty.

4. Fan. You might not realize there is some point they will go dizzy. That's what makes all those dust. They are very hygienic-type therefore they like regular wash. It makes them lighter.

5. Light bulb. Sure they like to wrap us with light and warmth but sometimes they like to seduce you by those wink-wink blip light if you ignore them for quite a time. Always praise them before switching off.(I haven't try that but tell me if it works.)

6. Camera. Them did a wonderful job to capture what seen by our eyes, but you know what? They also have desire. They want to look at a lot of things, traveling, getting difficult angles. They are basically the adventure-type. So to all camwhorer out there, let your camera be free sometimes okay?

7. Laptop. Workstation, and one of the ultimate entertainment source for human. They love massage in which i mean typing on the keyboard. That what stimulates them, if not they will go all black and you have to play with the mouse to get the laptop all happy again.

8. Fridge. They have excellent cold breath. So much they like people placing things inside the mouth, it really does hate long storage. and the one that smells too. Wash regularly with listerine and probably some floss.

Yay i started my 8 hour driving class today,and it was AWSOME!really!

now i think i can drive a little bit but still need some guidance from MASTER or in other word experienced people.

Boring life is boring.i have totally nothing to do in the evening besides watching wonderpets,El Tigre and other crap cartoon which have been repeatedly played over and over and over again!lol.so better watch something new la~

The story was okay IMO,but the actor were good.especially laura..lol.fanboy pfft.and irwanshah.

Movies Marathon

Anyway,this month is movie month hell yeah.well,more like next month la.with terminator salvation,transformer:revenge of the fallen,x-men origin:wolveriene and17 again going to be on theater on may,im seroisly have to go on a movie marathon,well before going to uni/college of course.
